Engaging the community is vital for resiliency. Hawai'i Health C.A.R.E. Hui, a project of Hawai'i Community Health, fosters active participation from healthcare providers, advocates, and leaders to build a healthier Hawai‘i for everyone.
A project of Hawai‘i Community Health, Hawai'i Long Covid C.A.R.E.S. Network connects people impacted by COVID-19 and Long Covid with community, advocacy, resources, education, and support. Help grow our community group to learn, share, and strengthen care in Hawai‘i.
Public health education is a cornerstone of our mission. Hawai'i A.C.E. Initiative, a long-term project of Hawai'i Community Health, is a public health education and engagement platform for sharing information from reliable sources that promote public health.
We collaborate with health experts, advocates, and patients to create better health outcomes and address disparities affecting Kānaka Maoli, Asian Pacific Islanders, and Hawaii's underserved, disabled, or disadvantaged communities
- from keiki to kūpuna.
